Our client is a Brasserie and Music bar based in Staffordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join an iconic, well-loved restaurant that has a long-established reputation. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic & passionate Head Chef for their independent brasserie, serving a very eclectic world cuisine, using fresh, local produce wherever possible.
As Head Chef, you will be hands on and able to lead, train and motivate your team of chefs, whilst managing menus, GP, stock control and health & safety.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
