The company is a privately owned Midlands based contractor operating nationally within the private, public, commercial, leisure and retail sectors, having a number of blue chip companies as customers within each sector.

The company designs and delivers complete solutions regarding all aspects of construction, from inception to completion, incorporating the design, management and construction of individual and roll out contracts.

Job Role:

The company is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team nationwide on various projects.

The candidate must be able to carry out and experienced in the following tasks:

• Client liaison
• Labour allocation and control
• Health & Safety Management & Site Control
• Sub-Contractor Control
• Experienced in Management and control of all project duties
• Commercially aware.
• Able to manage fast moving projects
• Qualifications as follows would be helpful;

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Asbestos Awareness
• First Aid
• Manual Handling
• Fire Marshall
• IPATH
• PASMA
• Temporary Works co-ordinator
