Joining us as a HR Data Administrator based in Gloucester providing a customer driven service throughout the Group. 

Within the role, you will input HR data/ associated documents onto the HR data base ensuring data integrity and confidentiality always. Candidates for this position will accurately upload documentation onto Snowdrop ensuring completeness and eased of retrieval whilst following up missing documentation when required. Contributing to continuous improvement of all data input, maintenance and retrieval you will produce standard documentation and reports in an accurate, consistent and timely manner. The successful HR Data Administrator will build, develop and maintain positive working relationships with our internal customers.

With previous data input experience, the HR Data Administrator will possess a strong knowledge of IT systems. Ideally you will have experience of HR databases such as Snowdrop and Service-now. A knowledge of Workday (HR Software) would be highly desirable however, this is not essential to the role.  A proficient user of Excel, you will possess a strong customer focus ideally in a shared services environment. The successful HR Data Administrator will possess a high degree of accuracy, preferably with experience of data reporting including report creation/customisation. An effective communicator, you will ideally have a knowledge of HR processes and procedures coupled with the ability to multi-task whilst working to tight deadlines. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who can take a fresh approach with the motivation to work well independently and as part of a team who is willing to be flexible with the hours they can work.
