Teaching Assistant

We are currently looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with challenging behaviour on a one to one and small group basis from February 2017 for one of our partnership schools in the Central Blackpool area.

You will be working at a fully inclusive secondary school which has a strong community ethos and are focused in ensuring every child achieves in a positive learning environment. The staff here are very welcoming and supportive and encourage Continuous Professional Development in their team. They are looking for people that will be available to cover when required, and that will get to know the staff and pupils well, to feel part of the school community.

Key criteria:

* Must have recent classroom experience working as a teaching assistant
* All offers are subject to references and DBS checks
* Experience of working with pupils with challenging behaviour
* Clear verbal communication
