Working as Sky`s official partner, Firstsource are an award winning business experiencing significant growth and therefore looking to expand the team by hiring a Senior Manager/ Sales Centre Manager to join our exciting team in Warrington. Your Role Working closely with your Customer Experience Leaders (CELs), you will lead, motivate and develop an operational zone of Customer Experience Advisors serving Sky`s customers. Ensuring our people have the right blend of skills to deal with every call, enabling them to understand our customers` entertainment needs and matching them to our fantastic products and services, your ability to see both the big picture and the tiniest detail will be vital

- Managing our day-to-day operational performance, Sales strategy and delivery - You`ll be creating a uniquely collaborative culture where everyone takes ownership of every aspect of their calls. -You should also be keen to get involved in driving strategy in terms of attracting, recruiting, managing and retaining the right people alongside hitting daily KPI`s for productivity, quality and value. -You will form part of a unique parental cultural that encourages transparency, wins the hearts and minds of the workforce and recognises and rewards excellent performance. What we are looking for - You will be a proven people manager with experience of developing people - You must be able to demonstrate experience of motivating others to exceed operational goals through a balanced approach across both Sales and Customer metrics. - You will effectively manage first line managers, and run these teams as a business unit. Inspirational, effective and approachable, you`ll be full of ideas as to how we can continuously make things better and will have the drive, determination, confidence and strength of character needed to put them into practice. Our business operates across 7 days per week 0830-2000 therefore flexibility will be required within these hours, 40 hours per week. What you can expect in return Competitive salary of up to GBP38,000 dependent on experience + Annual Bonus up to 10% of salary + Incentives + Extensive Sky benefits including Free Sky+HD or SkyQ & broadband, Pension and Healthcare.
