Back Office Administrator - Chester

We are currently looking for some experienced Back Office Administrators to join our team in Chester. This is a fixed term contract until December 2017 and it's a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door!

Responsibilities:

- Assessing and checking incoming items
- You will have strict guidelines and processes to following in this position, and there will be an element of phone work in order to call customers or third parties in order to obtain further information
- Reviewing cases and making the decision on whether cases will be successful
- High attention to detail is required in this role as in this team you will be responsible for checking acceptance cases and processing required payments within SLA

Essential Skills:

- Case resolution
- Working within an operational environment to specific deadline
- Working within the financial industry governed by regulatory constraints
- PC literate
- Working with a customer focus with advanced call handling
- Advanced letter writing
- Problem solving skills
- Previous Customer Service experience from a financial office or call centre

Salary: GBP17,300 per annum RISING to GBP18300 after 12 weeks

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, shifts between 8am-6pm

We have start dates in March with this fantastic company, this is a contracted role until December 2017!

You must be able to pass a credit check and a CRB Check!
