The salary GBP27200 per annum is based on working 30 hours per week. There is flexibility on when these hours can be worked.
This is an amazing opportunity to join a business who saw a 62% growth in their business last year and who have offices around the world!This pivotal position, reporting to the Head of HR, has responsibility for developing and implementing effective recruitment and selection processes for both recruiting managers and candidates. Ensuring the candidate has a positive experience, we recruit against the right criteria to culturally fit the business and are onboarded effectively. This role will be responsible for the recruitment advertising strategy for the use of job boards, social media, employer brand and own careers website. You will also be responsible for managing the resourcing budget and recruitment advertising budget.The position relies on exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills along with excellent organisational skills to be successful in the fast paced, high growth, and ever changing organisation. Key responsibilities of the role include:* Working in partnership with HR colleagues and managers to develop and implement effective recruitment and selection processes across the group.* Regularly liaising with managers to ascertain resourcing needs and capacity levels.* Ensure full and effective use of the Applicant Tracking System in order to maximise efficiency (e.g. use of screening questions)* Continuously seek ways to improve the recruitment process with a focus on direct sourcing: from attracting key talent to implementing effective assessment tools, to streamlining and improving the recruitment process from both the candidate and company point of view.* Utilise social media as an effective recruitment tool.* Constantly build external pipelines of prospective candidates through direct approaching, sourcing and engagement methods and events.To be considered for this position, you must have:Essential:* At least 3 years' generalist HR experience including recruitment and selection* Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills* Excellent organisation and communication skillsDesirable:* Experience of developing and implementing recruitment and selection processes* Understanding of Technology based organisations* Experience in directly sourcing candidatesWhat's in it for you?While we take our work and deliverables seriously, we have a relaxed working environment.Great benefits such as Life Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Contributory Pension Scheme and 32 days' holiday including statutory holidays.
