An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager to join us on a full time, permanent basis.

Working within the Business Development Team, this role will be tasked with the management of competitive tenders at both PQQ and ITT level.

Supporting the Head of Business Development, you will maximize the sustainable growth of the Housing Management business unit. You will be responsible for carrying out detailed market research as well as delivering business improvement projects.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be educated to A Level (or equivalent) level in English and Maths and will have current knowledge of a recognised new business, bid management or strategic business development management process.

Previous experience of business development and bid/proposal preparation and management is also essential. In addition, you should have an understanding of the provision of services to Public Sector and also Public Sector procurement.
