Project Manager
Our clients are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join their evolving team within their dynamic and growing organisation, based in Jersey (Please note 5 years residency is not required). This individual will be responsible for the discovery, implementation and execution of multiple projects across a diverse range of sectors.
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:-
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Carrying out independent research, data collection and analysis to understand our client's needs.
- Rigorous analysis of issues, developing recommendations for their solution and leading their subsequent implementation.
- Taking responsibility for project progress and use of resources and initiating corrective action where required.
- Development of the Greenlight business through mentoring of consultants and managing clients from initial prospect through to regular client relationship activities.
- Highlighting opportunities to continually improve the operations of Greenlight to meet the needs and requirements of delivery to our clients.
Skills & Experience:
- A current, recognised project management qualification e.g. Prince 2 (or equivalent) and demonstrable experience in delivering projects using a structured approach.
- Professional Services industry experience.
- Experience managing and delivering 5 or more large scale projects
- Expert level in project management and change management. Demonstrable experience in leading multiple projects concurrently.
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks from multiple projects in a demanding environment to tight deadlines.
- Experience of implementing technical systems to major organisations e.g. wealth management, banking platforms, trust & fund admin systems.
- Ability to manage and delegate work within a project team.
- Experience in managing, coaching and leading a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
