It's been an exciting few years of growth for M ??ller in the UK which means that we are well on our way to becoming the UK & Ireland's leading dairy. We are therefore looking to recruit rising stars of the future through our Apprenticeship programmes.
With our Eden training programme specific to Trainee Dairy Technologists, we can offer you the chance to study towards a Foundation Degree along with the technical knowledge required in order to work within our dairy operations and gain the skills you need to become a future leader within M ??ller. We are proud of being able to offer this rare opportunity to 'earn while you learn', grow in confidence and drive your development within a successful FMCG organisation.
Your challenge
Within this training opportunity, you will be:
* Spending up to 18 weeks a year (6-7 week time blocks) developing your technical knowledge on a bespoke course as a residentially based student at Reaseheath College, Cheshire (accommodation will be provided)
* Studying for a 3 year duration, working towards both a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering and an NVQ Level 3 revelenat qualification
* Completing in-house projects within specified timescales
* Carrying out day - to - day duties specified by your Mentors and outlined within your individual development plan specific to the standards you will complete within your qualification
Key skills & experience
* You need to have achieved at least 3 GCSE results Grade A* - C (including Maths, English and a Science)
* You need to have achieved 1 A Level equivalent qualification
* You must be prepared to live away from home when you are required to study at Reaseheath College
* A positive thinking and self-motivated individual
* An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
* Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
* Can take a hands-on approach to solving issues
