Robert Half Office Team are recruiting for an interim HR Advisor for a business based in Bristol.

You will work closely with Business Partners supporting the business employees across the business units delivering HR solutions.

Details of the role:

- First line specialist HR advice and guidance to all business areas
- Supporting the HR Strategy across designated business units and ensures successful implementation of all HR initiatives
- Supporting ad hoc HR projects

What we're looking for:

- Experience in a HR Advisor role
- CIPD qualified/ or studying towards a qualification
- Experience of working in complex organisation and managing ambiguity & change
- Experience leading projects and driving continuous improvement
- Can do attitude and a team player
- High pace, resilience, gravitas and high level of credibility and customer service.
- Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Itrent etc).
