Our client is part of a global company that provides innovative software and services to recruitment firms. They are now looking for a Client Relations Representative to join their passionate team.

As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for providing a high quality account management service to our client’s customer base. 

Taking a helpful, friendly approach, you will keep customers informed of new products and services and answer any questions they may have. You will effectively manage their expectations and requirements to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Ensuring that customers get the most from our client’s software and services 
- Assessing and understanding customers’ needs 
- Generating quotations and proactively up-selling products 
- Building relationships with new and existing customers with both inbound and outbound calls 
- Managing any complaints and escalating them when appropriate 
- Co-ordinating colleagues’ diaries 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need previous experience in a customer service and/or account management role. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are also key. 

Self-motivated and proactive, as a Client Relations Representative, you’ll have a confident telephone manner, plenty of initiative and a highly organised approach. 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of the recruitment agency market, but this is by no means essential.
