Due to the continued growth of our business we currently have a vacancy for a, Graduate Performance Engineer.
The Role:
Based at Stoke,the successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing Engineering support to the Performance Engineering Manager and Performance Engineers
• Project management of key projects
• CRH framework rollout
• Ongoing data analysis and production of Gantt Chart and Gateway Review documentation
• Provision of technical support following project implementation
• Provision of Works Instructions and training materials, as required
• Process trouble shooting
The Applicant:
The ideal applicant will have experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role which may have been gained during an industrial placement and will possess the following skills and competencies:
• Candidates must be educated to Degree level or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
• Excellent IT skills are essential and candidates will also have experience in Project Management, Process Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
• The ideal candidate will have knowledge of MRP and CAD packages
