REVENUE MANAGER
A vacancy has arisen for the role of Revenue Manager here at the Draycote hotel. The position will be 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, to include weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays, and will incorporate Duty Management Shifts.
Head of Department level, responsible for all revenue streams. Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, as well as maximising opportunities.
Must be totally customer focused.
Job purpose is to strategically plan and manage the Hotel Reservations and Events sales business through historical, current and forecast information, in order to maximise occupancy, revenue and yield.
The Revenue Manager will report directly to the Operations Director.
