With a superb reputation for quality and engineering excellence, our client provides a range of gas and environmental detection solutions. They are now looking for a Service Engineer to join their team.
If you’re a hands-on service engineer with a background in electronics or within the electrical or gas detection industry, this is a great opportunity to take on an interesting autonomous role with an established business.
As a small business, everyone within the company is visible and their efforts directly contribute to our client’s ongoing success. If you’re looking to join an ambitious business that recognises and celebrates their employees, both verbally and financially, our client would love to hear from you.
As a Service Engineer, you will install, commission and service gas detection equipment and environmental monitoring systems at sites throughout the South East, primarily in London.
Once you’ve completed your in-house training, you will:
- Swiftly identify and resolve any issues with systems
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule servicing and commissioning projects
- Prepare risk assessments and method statements
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need:
- Previous experience as a service engineer
- Experience with electronic equipment or within the gas detection or electrical industry
- A full, clean driving licence
As a Service Engineer, you’ll be a positive self-starter who enjoys working on your own initiative. Organised and focused, you’ll also have great problem-solving skills and the willingness to learn and expand your existing expertise.
