Sous Chef

An exciting opportunity for a friendly, upbeat and passionate Sous Chef to join our lovely and talented Kitchen Brigade in our wonderful family orientated hotel. 

We are offering a £24-28k + Tips up to £2k package per annum working only a 4 day week.

You will need to be an organised person, full of energy, who can support the kitchen team with a positive, fun and proactive approach to work - grumpy shouters need not apply! 

You will need to be able to work well as part of a team always going the extra mile to ensure delivering a great service. You will ideally have a passion for food and be looking for an opportunity to develop your career in a unique and fun company.
