Location: Circus Mews Office, Bath until the autumn 2017 when move to York Place,

London Road, Bath

Together with Norland Agency, the in-house employment agency, Norland provides students with a unique route from training to life-long employment working with children.  The Norland Agency, which only works with Norland graduates, places Norlanders with families in the UK and all over the world. The Agency staff also provide an ongoing link with the college, continuing to guide and support Norland graduates throughout their working life.  We are currently looking to appoint an Agency Consultant to cover maternity leave within this busy and dynamic team. 

As the successful candidate, you will liaise with Norland graduates and Agency clients to ensure that the best match is made for both parties and that Norland's reputation for excellence is upheld.  You will work within a team of four contributing towards achieving the department targets whilst maintaining a high level of professional customer service. 

If you are highly motivated, able to work on your own initiative, maintain confidentiality and experienced in using Microsoft Office, you may be the person we are seeking.
