New Product Development has been at the core of their success, constantly evolving to move with customer trends and tastes. Whilst maintaining core products and values. Producing quality fresh food for the Grocery retailers.
The Role
As the National Account Manager will be Morrison, Asda, Sainsbury's, Tesco and Aldi type of accounts. Ideally, you be will have experience of selling to at least one these food retailers. You will be looking after a number of fresh and chilled short-shelf products. Being an experienced account manager you will be someone that has at least three years experience in similar position.
The Person
As an experienced FMCG food retail National account manager, you will be a strategic business do-er, holding integrity and ethics at the centre of all decisions. Having a demonstrable track record of achievement within grocery retailers and understand their systems and buying styles. As well understand how individual accounts work and how to manage them effectively.
Key responsibilities include
- Maximise product presence across all Grocery accounts and categories.
- Play leading part in managing and driving the accounts.
- You will be fully responsible for delivering the sales and profit targets in accounts.
- To manage and develop strong long term relationships with relevant customers.
- Implementation of the company's strategic plan for your specific customers. Develop short, medium & long terms plans for your accounts.
