They have campaigns running in almost 200 countries for top advertisers and agencies with clients including Expedia, Facebook, Havas, Omnicom and John Lewis. They have 22 international locations in the UK and this role will be based in their London office. Responsibilities
As Account Executive, you will be responsible for:
Answering incoming support requests from users via email and telephone
Supporting other Client Services staff in defined activities
Maintaining cases in Salesforce
Having awareness of cross sell and up sell opportunities and who to progress them to
Representing the client at industry events
Account management
Account Executive - German speaking
Your Profile
As Account Executive, you will need:
To be educated to degree level.
Native or B2B fluent in German is essential
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
An interest in the digital space; technology and advertising especially.
