My client, one of the fastest growing insurers in the Market, is looking to add a Catastrophe Risk Analyst to their team. This broad position will offer the opportunity to analyse catastrophe losses for all risks in all modelled territories.
The business would be especially interested in speaking to candidates with 1-2 years' Catastrophe Modelling experience.
The role also offers responsibilities including:
- Assisting underwriters in the use of any of the catastrophe modelling and associated software.
- Enhance and develop the day-to-day processes to improve efficiencies.
- Becoming an expert in the running of the Catastrophe modelling software used by the team and in the associated software.
- Prepare output reports and provide analysis to the underwriters to aid in quoting.
If you have a high degree of numeracy, strong excel skills and are looking to develop within a small team, please get in touch.
