Teaching Assistant SEND 13-15K Redhill
Start Date: 20th March 2017

We are currently looking for individuals to work with a range of exciting students with varying learning difficulties. The aim is to provide support in 1:1 and small groups.

The school is well known in the region for providing a curriculum that meets the needs of all its learners. In this role as a Teaching Assistant you will be:-
> Support students with educational and pastoral needs.
> Supporting the class teacher is producing a fun, creative and exciting learning environment.
> Supporting learners on a keyworker basis.
> Track progress and highlight areas of development.
> Supporting learning in literacy and numeracy.
> Using your interests to engage learners in learning.
The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:-
> Be able to work with learners that have learning difficulties.
> Have an understanding of learning difficulties and associated conditions.
> Be confident to support groups of students in different educational subjects.
> The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
> Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
