The school is set in the beautiful rural area of south surrey and has excellent facilities. Students are from a mix of backgrounds and have a range of diverse needs. The school needs individuals that can offer students the correct support and experiences to enhance their education.

In this role as a Teaching Assistant you will be:-
> Enabling learners to reach progress and close the gap.
> Ensure learners are supported with educational and pastoral needs.
> Take an active role in producing a fun, creative and exciting learning environment.
> Support learners on a 1:1 base and small group basis.
> Using your interests to engage learners in learning.
> Supporting learners in a range of activities on and off site.

The ideal candidate may posses the following skills and capabilities:-
> Support students with emotional and behavioural needs.
> Have an understanding of generic learning difficulties and associated conditions.
> Willingness to build relationships with learners.
> The ability to work as an individual and as a part of the team.
> Strong literacy, numeracy and ICT skills.
> Be flexible in their approach to teaching and learning.
