In House Recruitment Consultant (Internal Recruiter)
Calling all experienced agency recruiters and ambitious internal recruiters. Ask Talent Solutions are working with one of the UK's leading digital solutions providers looking for a passionate recruiter who takes pride in the delivery of a professional recruitment service to join an award winning and forward thinking business as an integral part of the continued growth and development of the organisation.
The Role-
As an internal recruitment consultant you will be joining the in-house recruitment team, working alongside the HR department, with involvement of the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing through to on-boarding. You will be recruiting candidates for roles at all levels of the business from apprentices to directors. As an internal recruiter your responsibilities will include-
- Building a strong and influential social media presence.
- Proactively headhunting market leading talent.
- Job board management and specification creation.
- Offer negotiation.
- Engaging with local schools and colleges to support apprentice programme.
- Developing and stream lining the interviewing process.
- Creation of an effective talent pipeline.
- Internal vacancy management with relevant hiring managers.
The Package-
As an internal recruitment consultant you can expect to receive-
- A negotiable basic salary to GBP26k (DOE) with annual reviews.
- Monthly commission payments.
- A biannual company bonus payment.
- Pension, Health Care, Life Insurance schemes.

- Up to 24 days Holiday + bank holidays.
- Office hours (9am-5pm Monday- Friday).
