Bought Media Assistant
Location: York
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: GBP19,000 per annum, plus uncapped bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bought Media Assistant; a great opportunity for anyone who is interested in developing a career in digital marketing. The programme will focus on developing your skills and understanding the core disciplines of becoming a specialist in bought media.

Overall Purpose:
Working within their Media team, you will assist with the day to day activities from set up to managing campaigns. This programme will focus on developing your skill and understanding of the core disciplines of becoming a Media specialist whilst broadening your knowledge in digital marketing.
Key Accountabilities:
- Developing an understanding of the services offered by the bought media team
- Setting up of Client Campaigns
- Day to Day Campaign Optimisation based on Analysis of Campaign Performance, including Bid/Budget Management and Landing Page Analysis
- Supporting the media team with ad-hoc tasks
- Liaising with Linguistics team to manage Creatives & Keywords as appropriate
- Identifying further opportunities to expand the services offered
- Ensuring good working relationships are maintained with all team members and other departments within the company
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and developments in digital marketing
- Involved in marketing events and contributing towards marketing materials
Skills and Competences required in the role:
- Native-level spoken and written proficiency in one of the following languages; French, German, Dutch, Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Korean, Swedish, Portuguese, Finnish, Danish, Turkish, Norwegian, Japanese, Greek, Romanian, Czech, Arabic, Hungarian, Estonian, Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), Thai, Slovak, Bulgarian ,Vietnamese, Serbian.
- A keen interest in digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic Excel skills
- Time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude
