My client is an Electrical Contractor who work in the retail and commercial sectors who project manage the entire process from its initial stages through to completion. This involves close project management, constant assessment of the design and evaluating progress.
The Electrical Contracts Manager Role
They have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Contracts Manager to strengthen their contracts team and manage the implementation and delivery of projects on behalf of their clients.
The Electrical Contracts Manager will work in a team supporting projects nationwide:
- Project Tendering
- Cost monitoring & reporting
- All electrical Health and Safety (Risk assessments, Safe systems of work)
- Project costing
- Sage - Financial works
- Labour planning and implementing
- Labour forecasting
- Client liaison meetings
The Successful Electrical Contracts Manager:
- You will have a track record as an Electrical Contracts Manager within the electrical installation sector ideally being able to demonstrate project experience in retail and commercial sector.
- Your experience must also cover the key points mentioned above in the roles and responsibilities of the Electrical Contracts Manager role.
