Management Consultants, various levels: Senior Manager/ Manager/ Assistant Manager Security and Intelligence Bristol, United Kingdom Permanent ?? - commensurate to experience Our client is a Big 4 advisory firm seeking to add management consultants of various levels - Senior Manager, Manager, and Assistant manager - to their Security and Intelligence advisory team to work with their public sector clients in areas such as: organizational development, talent management, behavioural change management, and HR & workforce optimization. Requirements: The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proficiency in the following: Willingness and ability to take responsibility for standalone projects or specific workstreamsLead (or have ambition to lead) a team of professionals on client engagements and provide mentorship as well as shaping the delivery approachIdentify and manage key stakeholdersContribute to business development initiatives including identifying business opportunities, proposal writing, and clients' presentationsCoach team members to ensure excellent client delivery and enable their career development (senior manager and manager level)Act as a subject matter expert in advising clients to maximise benefits and reduce risksLead business development initiatives including bid, proposal, and contract/commercial negotiations (senior manager level)Identify and grow business opportunities (manager/senior manager level) Qualifications and Skill: The successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications: Excellent academic backgroundExperience in some of the following areas: Ministry of Defence and Defence Intelligence, OSCT, Home Office, Foreign Office, Immigration, UK Border Force, HMRC, CT Policing, and NCAHave Developed Vetting SIA ClearanceHave significant consulting experienceCIMA, CIPD, MBA, and Prince2 are advantageous but not essentialAbility to manage priorities and agendas to establish achievable projectsExcellent proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointStrong written and oral stakeholder management communication skillsAbility and willingness to deliver workstreams on Security and Intelligence engagements The ideal profile should also have expertise in some of the following areas: Behavioural change management: embedding new behaviours and minimising underperformance during changeOrganisation development: target operating model development, organisation design, performance management, role clarity, organisational culture, employee development, and rewardOptimising human resources departments through the creation of cost effective and integrated HR functions that contribute to the delivery of business strategyTalent development: help organisations identify, attract, retain, and develop talentWorkforce optimisation: assist clients in maximising their workforce, including strategic and operational workforce planning, employment terms & conditions, reward management, and TUPE
