Business Change Agent / Business Projects (Public Sector / Housing) Weston super Mare Salary: ??30,922 Permanent Our client is a leading housing association in Somerset and the West of England, building vibrant, stable and safe communities where people can make their homes. We provide services to over 23,000 people in 11,000 homes. We are currently recruiting for a Business Change Agent to make a real and measurable difference. You will work alongside our residents, staff and managers on business change projects resulting in improved customer service and reduced costs. We're looking for someone who has previous experience of leading change initiatives, knowledge of application of method (e.g. lean/systems thinking) and has excellent facilitation skills. You will also have a good grasp of business processes and be able to prepare and interpret statistical data. A good standard of IT skills are essential for this post, including being fully competent in Microsoft Office applications. Closes Friday 24th March 12.30pm
