We are looking for an Kitchen Manager who may have worked in a branded pub environment and is used to working to brand standards. You will be someone who can work as part of a team but also use your own initiative to manage situations within the pub as they arise, whether that is dealing with customers, guiding the team to deliver, handling cash at the end of the shift or accepting deliveries. You must be able to encourage and develop your team around you, as well as focusing on your own professional development. This venue is currently turning over ??14k per week but 70% of this is on food. The venue has potential to refurbish a small function too. An Kitchen Manager who has covered similar covers of 100 internal and a large outside beer garden would be an advantage.
