Due to recent growth, they are looking for an additional Senior Support Carer to join their team, supporting the Care Manager and overseeing a small team of Carers in delivering the best possible care and support for people in their own homes.

You will have experience of creating client packages, scheduling visits based on priority of client needs, carrying out assessments and working with multi agency networks such as GP’s and families to ensure the best person-centred care is provided. You will be expected to carry out around 10 hours of care work per week within this role.
