Assistant Manager

Crown Decorating Centres is currently seeking a Assistant Manager to join us in Brentford. The successful applicant will receive a salary of £19,740 pa plus excellent benefits.

With 120 Crown Decorating Centres around the UK, we are committed to delivering a first class service to our customers. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team at our Brentford Crown Decorating Centre.

The store opening hours are currently from 7.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday and from 8.00 am to 4.00 p.m. on Saturdays. You will normally be required to work 37.5 hours a week, within the Store’s opening hours, including some public holidays, and you will also be required to work additional hours when necessary.

Assistant Manager Essential Skills:

- Experience in trade or retail store management

- Good organisational and administrative skills

- A great team player

- Extremely sales focussed and results driven

- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service

- A fast learner

Day to day, our Assistant Manager will be providing a friendly welcome to all who visit or telephone the store, giving advice on our products, informing customers of our promotions, serving them at the till, managing our stock, merchandising, and making deliveries to our customers in the Company vehicle. In addition you will deputise in the Manager’s absence and carry out additional duties which include – supervising stock control and stock profiles and ensuring housekeeping standards and Health & Safety standards are met.

Assistant Manager Essential Experience:

- Experience within a similar role

- Must hold a full driving licence

- Must demonstrate a willing, flexible approach
