Job Role:

Our Client is the UK's largest horizontal CNC machining centre manufacturer. Their name is associated with quality, service and value, supplying major companies in the Automotive, Aerospace, and Manufacturing sectors on a worldwide basis.

They are currently seeking to recruit a Machine Tool Electrician to join them at their purpose built facility in Redditch.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background with relevant qualifications and experience that includes working with CNC machine tools and fault finding to component level.

Roles and Responsibilities to include:

• Electrical commissioning of machines including software installation and fault finding
• Completion of machine documentation
• Testing and Backing up of machines prior to dispatch
• Occasional involvement in electrical building maintenance

Applicants for the post must have/be:-

• Computer literate and confident in file handling
• An understanding of PLC
• A knowledge of Siemens 840d Solution Line Controls would be a distinct advantage
• Prepared to attend training courses in the UK and Germany
