Our client is a family run, 51 bedroom hotel based in Newtonmore. They are currently seeking two Waiting Staff to join their team.
The successful applicants will be enthusiastic and hard working, maintaining a high standard of service at all times.
Duties will include:
* Welcome customers when they arrive at the restaurant
* Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
* Takes customers' orders for food and drink
* Prepare and serve drinks
* Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals
* Removes used dishes andglasses from tables
* Sets tables
* Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information
Relevant experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
Employees may have the chance to excel to management level and salary will depend on the level of experience.
Staff accommodation may be available.
