The prize: A fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated Internal Communications Consultant to join the fast, fun and fabulous consultancy team in London. Lots of stretch, steep learning curve, endless variety.

Where: Working from their central London offices, you'll be building effective and feel-good relationships with their clients, attending meetings within the City and occasionally further afield.

You'll become an integral part of their talented IC Consultancy unit. Together with the rest of the highly mobile team, you'll strengthen their client offering.
You will thrive on providing support to a Senior Consultant, working closely together to solve client challenges and produce amazing results. You will be in charge of your own workload and have an appetite to learn and develop your client portfolio.

You:
Are client-focused and understand intuitively what great client service looks and feels like. You're driven to work hard, to learn and love your job. No two days are the same, as you help to design and deliver creative IC programmes across change, restructure, culture, values, HR, pensions, reward, performance, and channel strategy.

The ability to think on your feet, be proactive, solve problems with a smile and, above all else, deliver customer service that's second to none, are all essential to the role.

What will get you an interview:
- 2-3 years+ in-house and/or IC agency experience
- Excellent writing skills
- A sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure and to drive deadlines
- An interesting CV and approach
