Based at our clients call monitoring centre, offering customer-led flexible solutions for a variety of services including Telecare, Lone Worker monitoring, Out of Hours call handling and Anti-Social behaviour logging.

They are now looking to appoint a Data Entry Assistant to carry out general administrative and clerical duties for their Client Services Team.

 

Responding to general enquiry telephone calls and emails, you will input information into the UMO database and ensure information taken via the telephone is passed to the relevant person. The Data Entry Assistant will also assist with the preparation and despatch of annual updated records and with the scanning and archiving of documents.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates must have the ability to cope with a high workload and competing demands, prioritising tasks effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude. 

Operating as a committed team member, you will have experience of working in an office based administrative role and be competent using relational database packages in daily work. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and typical business software and applications is a prerequisite, as is the ability to follow procedures and work accurately, especially in relation to database work.

Those who have experience of working with sensitive and critical data are highly desirable, as are those with experience of using UMO CRM software.
