Senior Support/Support Staff
Starting at £8.50 Per hour
Applicants should have the level III Children’s Residential Social Care qualification, or be unqualified, fully experienced and willing to work towards the level III qualification.
Experience in safeguarding and young people’s care, plus, the ability to manage challenging behaviours and react appropriately to the changing resident levels in this domestic situation is essential. Applicants must be calm, efficient organisers, must be drivers with a vehicle appropriately insured, and, have an enhanced DBS certificate.
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will take responsibility and work with our young people to support their day to day needs and, complete other associated duties including some administration.
