Konecranes has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join their team based in Warrington. You will be on a full time permanent contract, with a highly competitive salary of circa £18,000 per annum.

A Contracts Administrator is required to join the service team at our Warrington branch. The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, days). Holidays must be taken away from our month end and year end activities.  The branch is based on the Gemini Business Park, Warrington.

Duties of our Contracts Administrator include:

- Agreement and asset creation and/or review

- Purchase order receiving for service only

- Organising contract renewals and maintenance schedules

- Arranging access and equipment specific to service contracts in conjunction with the planner

- Liaising with customers for program of dates and schedule

- Making amendments to equipment base and asset information

- Applying for and invoicing payments

- Scheduling all service contracts and revising assets and all relevant service scheduling

- Generate service requests (SR) and work packages (WP) and assign to field operatives

- Review charge lines of completed work before sending to invoice

- Renew and plan the execution of existing agreements. Run the agreements-due-for-renewal report weekly.

- Review agreement profitability, apply agreed increases and issue notifications. Notify branch management of agreements needing a more in-depth review where the scope has changed or a more in-depth price review is needed or the customer for any reason objects to renewal

- Review new agreements. Verify customer assets, associated service products and material requirements to be delivered for each agreement.

What we will expect from you

- Good IT skills especially in excel

- At least 4 years’ experience in administrative roles

- The ability to focus on meeting weekly performance targets /deadlines

- A team player with the ability to work in a busy service office

- Accuracy and pays attention to detail

- A polite and confident telephone manner

- An organised and self-motivated person
