Job Title: Junior Pensions Administrator / Pensions Administrator

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £18,500 - £26,000 depending on level of experience and qualifications plus benefits

To support the continued growth within the Chelmsford office, the company is looking to recruit career-minded pension's administration professionals at either Junior Pensions Administrator or Pension Administrator levels.

These positions represent exciting opportunities for individuals to work within an innovative company and gain experience to all aspects of pension's administration, providing full third party pensions' administration services to clients.

Key Requirements:

Relevant pensions administration experience is required for the pensions administrator role.

Full training will be provided for both roles. In addition we will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Educated to a minimum of A-Level or equivalent standard, including a numerical discipline.
  • A recognised professional pensions qualification (or progress towards) e.g. CPC, DPC or PMI or a willingness at junior level to study for such a qualification.
  • Well-developed communication skills both oral and written.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and problem solving abilities.
  • Confident to work as part of a team with the ability to take initiative where required.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work to strict deadlines.
