Recovery Agents
TM Resourcing are currently recruiting for Collections Agents/Recovery Agents for a Law Firm based in Leeds.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm working 7.5 hours shifts and working at least one Saturday a month.
OTE after the probation period would be GBP23k.
The successful candidate must have
- At least 12 months experience within a collections environment (this is a must)
- Excellent IT skills
- Be confident in dealing with customers on the phone and via email
- Team player
- Organising and implementing payment plans
- Target driven
- Strong customer service skills
