Who we are:

We are a growing IT consultancy, helping enterprise clients to improve the performance and reduce the cost of their IT organisations. 

We do this with a range of services, including analysing IT service satisfaction levels and performance issues, developing innovative IS strategic roadmaps, designing improved services organisations, helping businesses to exploit new technologies like ServiceNow, OKTA, Box and Office 356, designing and managing global outsource transitions, and successfully delivering complex technical and people-centric transformation programmes.

Now in our third year, we pride ourselves on being something different in the industry; our pragmatic, passionate approach to solving our clients’ business problems has enabled us to develop a track record of success for clients including Gatwick Airport, Trinity Mirror Newspaper, Ofcom, Direct Line Group, Veolia and Reckitt Benckiser (RB).

Our focus is to grow by targeting blue chip corporate clients who wish to increase the performance of their IT organisation or who want to maximise the success of their outsourcing transition and transformation programmes. In 2017 we will also focus on "Technology Enabled Transformation", combining software revenues from the sale of industry leading tools like ServiceNow, with our proven business change and service transformation consultancy services.

The Business Development Manager Role:

We are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join the management team to help drive the company’s sales and revenue growth.

As our first dedicated Business Development Manager you will be responsible for promoting the brand and helping us grow by finding new clients and winning business.

You will have at least 5 years’ experience performing a Business Development role within the IT industry, ideally having sold both IT Consultancy services and Cloud software, with part of your experience gained from a Service Management, Project Management or Consultancy background.

Mandatory experience:

+ Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT Business Development role
+ Experienced in selling consulting & professional services to corporate C-suite clients
+ A confident and effective sales executive, able to influence from the C-suite to the shop floor
+ Experienced in defining business development plans and running sales & marketing campaigns
+ A self-starter who manages their own time and can grow and develop sales & marketing teams
+ Creative thinker able to develop innovative and highly effective Sales and Marketing approaches to maximise the use of available budgets
+ Able to build a network of new clients and nurture existing ones. Ideally, someone who is connected and has an existing "black book" to leverage
+ You will have a broad understanding of IT Industry trends and thought leadership
+ You will be a capable business writer, with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ A confident presenter with experience of presenting and pitching to clients and industry peers.

Highly desirable experience:

+ Experience in selling both Consultancy and Technology/SAAS Software, ideally with strong ServiceNow / ITSM experience
+ Good understanding of modern marketing approaches and familiarity of inbound Marketing platforms like Hubspot or Infusionsoft
+ Part of your career experience gained from a Service Management, Project Management or Consultancy background.
+ Degree Educated (preferably in IT / Business Discipline)
