Juice are delighted to support a unique and dynamic company in Central Bath who require a new team member to work with a recently acquired international customer. We are ideally seeking French written and spoken skills at an intermediate / advanced level. The role comes with full training and support and involves working in a friendly team where morning meetings are held to set the focus for the day. Duties require updating client information, logging calls and detail and calling partners based in the field. Accuracy and attention to detail is key and a confident phone manner. You'll need to be able to read and summarise detail within a basic report format and do this to deadlines. This might suit anyone who has an interest in food, catering and hospitality who is looking for a new role with regular day time hours. Working days are Monday to Friday and typically 2 or 3 Sundays a month with a day off in lieu. Retail or customer service backgrounds would also suit this role. This role could offer the opportunity to develop in to Team Leading positions or Account Management in due course.
