British Ceramic Tile is the nation’s largest manufacturer of high quality ceramic tiles. We are now looking for a number of Production Operators to join our dedicated team.

As a Production Operator, you’ll help to manufacture the high quality ceramic tiles that we are renowned for. Specifically, you will: 

- Work in our state-of-the-art factory 
- Ensure that machines are running efficiently 
- Conduct regular quality checks 
- Keep your area clean and tidy 
- Communicate with other departments to facilitate the production process 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you’ll need: 

- A basic understanding of health and safety in the workplace 
- Good numeracy and literacy skills to undertake and record quality checks 
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport (as local public transport is not compatible with shift times) 

Alert and focused, as a Production Operator, you will have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude. 

Experience in manufacturing and/or a factory environment would be highly beneficial, but this is by no means essential. 

Please note, this is a full time role, working a rotating shift pattern of days, nights and every other weekend. Day shifts are 6:45 – 19:00 and night shifts are 18:45 – 7:00.
