Reporting to the VM Manager and working alongside the VM Assistants, the VM Co-ordinator will support with the planning and installation of creative and commercial exhibition shops, alongside inspiring and striking window displays. The VM Co-ordinator will deliver small projects on their own as well as large projects within a team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Co-ordinating the design, delivery and maintenance of creative and commercially successful exhibition shops, VM projects and window schemes
• Producing to-scale drawings and plans required for the installation of VM projects
• Building strong working relationships with internal and external suppliers and contractors
• Providing hands-on, practical support in the delivery and installation of VM projects
• Supporting the VM Team in the day-to-day maintenance and implementation of the VM standards across all Tate sites
The successful candidate will have:
• A passion for art and design
• Substantial previous experience with VM project management
• Strong organisational, time-management and administration skills
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and MS Office
• The flexibility to work out of hours when necessary
If you are a confident communicator with proven experience working in a fast paced, ideally high-end, visual merchandising environment, and who is detail-orientated with great initiative and execution, who can deliver strong and impactful creative merchandising, we’d love to hear from you today!
In addition to a spectacular place of work, we offer great benefits, including great discounts in our shops and cafés, Employee Assistance Program, Cycle scheme and free entry to exhibitions for you, your friends and family.
Interviews will be held from 24th March.
