Aston Rowe have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team based in Acton, London.
Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Acton, London
Salary: Competitive basic salary + generous commission structure – OTE £55,000 - £60,000– Company car or company car allowance and quarterly bonuses

Aston Rowe has quickly established itself with a leading market share and a great reputation. We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team and continue to grow our network of offices across West London.
Assistant Sales Manager - Typical Responsibilities:
- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and output targets
- Sourcing new business through developing relationships with property investors, and other relevant stakeholders, whilst listing new stock through contacting prospective property owners
- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
- Increasing Market share in existing markets and maximising new business development opportunities
- Achieving targets for revenue, profitability, and sales growth
- Calling and meeting with property owners and conducting property valuations while maintaining high fees
- Producing valuation reports backed up by evidential comparable‘s
- Responding to client communications in a professional and timely manner
- Attending meetings with other individuals involved in the selling process
- Negotiating offers between parties
- Maintaining standards according to company policy and the Ombudsman code
- Liaising with administration teams
- Assisting the efficient progression of sales to a successful completion
- Reaching targets and company KPI’S
- Ensuring client feedback and high standards of care are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring administrative records are kept up to date at all times
- Assisting in the collation of key performance statistics to head office and attending regular managers’ meetings
- Responding to telephone, website leads & using internal software
- Applicant and viewing management
- Conducting viewings with prospective buyers
- Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly.
- Answering general enquiries from applicants
Assistant Sales Manager - Skills required:
- An astute leader and natural sales person
- Ambition to grow within the company
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator
- Computer literate and well presented
