An opportunity has arisen for an Operations and Customer Service Agent to join a fast growing Online Courier and Logistics company based in Bracknell.

They have been providing complete logistics solutions to companies and organisations for over 2 decades, distributing items all around the world.

They are constantly adapting to adjust to the ever changing economic and environmental climates and are determined to continue to provide the highest quality logistical solutions for many years to come.

Main Responsibilities:

- Monitor delivery agents performance
- Handing out of daily collections
- Arrange most suitable delivery options and ensure the agent procedures are followed
- Arrangement of 3rd party collections
- Arrangement of special deliveries/collections and fulfilment of special instructions
- Maintaining driver standards on company policy and communicating new instructions
- Assisting in preparing stock call orders
- Fulfilling collections and supporting drivers when required

Key Requirements:

- Clean driving licence
- Good knowledge of local area
- Operational experience in logistics
- Customer services experience in logistics
- Experience managing a team of drivers
- Experience using other logistics operators and their software
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and especially Excel

You will receive benefits including 20 days paid holiday, do not work public holidays, overtime available and company bonus scheme.

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 0930 - 1830 or 1030 - 19330
