Regional Coach

We have a new exciting opportunity, not to be missed! At Amnesty International we are currently looking for an experienced Regional Coach to join our friendly team based in Manchester. You will join us on a full time basis, with an immediate start date available and will receive an starting hourly rate of £12 per hour depending on experience PLUS an excellent bonus structure! The role is 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm, with some flexibility.

Its purpose is to protect individuals wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied. They are currently looking for a Regional Coach to manage their Northern Street Fundraising teams. 

About the Regional Coach role

You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the Teams in their region, and will implement changes on the ground to ensure budgeted income targets and KPIs are achieved. 

You will also be responsible for coaching, training and developing the fundraising skills of the Team leaders and Fundraisers.  You will also be required to undertake some administration duties to support field operations. 

You will be expected to still hit your own daily fundraising targets, setting a great example with your results and ethical approach.
