A leading participant recruitment company operating in the user experience industry, they are leaders in the recruitment of people to take part in qualitative and in depth usability testing and market research. Working work with top UX agencies, government departments and commercial clients they provide a consultative and intelligent participant recruitment service into user experience and research teams across the UK.

Working to all sorts of weird and wonderful briefs, they recruit consumer and business professionals to take part in website testing, app testing, focus groups and product testing.

Their Project Managers are responsible for the planning, execution and completion of recruitment projects. They have plans to grow their business to business recruitment product, so their next project manager needs some commercial or business knowledge.

From running briefing calls with clients to creating your participant recruitment plan and key documentation, you'll plan your days thoroughly, presenting these plans in morning meetings.

Projects are quick turnaround, generally 2-3 weeks, so you'll need the ability to work at a fast pace, whilst maintaining a keen attention to detail. It's tough but the rewards are good, with recent team nights out including go-karting, cocktail making and a night at a 1920's speakeasy cabaret.

Key responsibilities;

-Reviewing client briefs
-Creating recruitment screeners and supporting documentation
-Defining recruitment plans
-Sourcing participants using both our existing database, and external tools including LinkedIn, networking and more!
-Recruiting participants in line with brief
-Screening and booking suitable participants
-Managing client updates and expectations
-Adhering to internal delivery SLA's
-Project quoting and invoicing
-Meet company targets
-Act as consultant to the client
-Manage project timelines effectively
-Manage multiple projects
-Report on status of current pipeline of work

What we need from you;

-Some recruitment or project management experience would be ideal
-LinkedIn recruiter, CV mining or 'sourcing' experience is highly desirable
-Positive/can do attitude
-Business/commercial understanding
-Good telephone manner/communication skills
-Ability to liaise with senior client stakeholders
-Ability to plan and manage own time and workload
-Attention to detail
-Competent Excel skills
-Target and quality driven
-Decision making capability
-Happy to join in social activities
