Our client is recruiting a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator this is a full time role working on small to medium sized contracts and projects.
You???ll be flexible enough to know when change is needed, and keep a close rein on variations to contracts to keep the project on track, submit regular reports for every aspect of the project including sub contracts, materials, contingencies etc.
Your experience in construction or housing will be advantageous.
Driving license is essential, they are a north west based building maintenance company and salary & package are negotiable.
