Assistant Service Manager - Main Dealer ??38k OTE
This is unique opportunity to progress your career within a large service department as an Assistant Service Manager at a Franchised Dealership.
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor or Workshop Controller from within the Automotive Industry who has the skills to lead a team with the support of the Aftersales Manager.
As a key member of the Service Management team you will be responsible for leading the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by following a service core process. You will use your skills to focus the team on the key drivers within the core process to deliver an outstanding customer experience, including the use of video technology to keep customers informed and updated on the progress of their vehicle.
Your brief will include the delivery of budgeted labour sales and added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties which are key to the departments financial success.
