An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bodyshop Administrator to join the busy team at our Lloyd Bodyshop in Newcastle.

Working in a busy retail outlet, the Bodyshop Administrator's main duties will be:

  • Meeting and greeting customers face to face, communicating with customers over the telephone / via email.
  • Completing all relevant paperwork as necessary for vehicle repair orders.
  • Maintaining an up to date and accurate database.
  • Liaising with customers and insurance companies, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Controlling credit on outstanding debts, and keeping track of invoices.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our Bodyshop customers and Insurance companies, both face to face and over the telephone. You will organise and ensure the efficient booking and repairing of customer's vehicles and co-ordinate work in the Bodyshop.

You will demonstrate great attention to detail, work quickly and accurately meeting deadlines, have good communication skills (telephone and written) and have the ability to adapt to a varied and often pressurised task list.

The successful candidate must be IT literate with previous experience of working in an administrative / customer facing role.
