A growing FMCG company is looking for a driven, dynamic and fast paced Supply planner for their head office based in London. This is an all-encompassing role managing the end to end supply from factories across UK and Europe to 3PLs in the UK. You will be responsible for running MRP and maintaining successful relationships with suppliers, 3PLs and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform regular MRP planning runs at the DCs to generate replenishment orders on the manufacturing plants
* Monitor MRP reports on a regular basis to gain early insight into potential issues
* Escalation of changes in demand plan which cannot be accommodated by planned and future production
* Present projected plans to the Manufacturing Plants to agree resource levels and output levels
* Convert demand at the plant level into production Plans using SAP MRP, then into detailed production schedules using Preactor, maintaining an appropriate fixed horizon
* Work with the Supply Chain Customer Services team to agree appropriate action for orders above forecast tolerance limits and escalate matters as and when required
* Supply Planning for a designated set of suppliers using SAP
* Liaising with 3PL to ensure KPIs are met (inventory, stock availability, inbound freight and supplier performance)
* Driving inventory reduction and optimisation activities to ensure targets are achieved
* Ensure consistently high stock availability levels for all products across all depots


Key Skills:

* Graduate calibre
* A strong understanding of Retail or FMCG supply chain with at least 3 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Experienced SAP user
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* MRP experience
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Diligent in completion of tasks and projects
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
